Our usual Internet of Things surveillance cameras,most of them use 12V DC power supply,as the main power supply for camera steering gear and motor drive circuit.Inside the system,DC/DC is used as the power supply for some conventional loads generally,such as human body sensor and so on.As the MCU power supply, due to the working characteristics of DC/DC, it is difficult to control the output ripple to a very small level,DC/DC schemes with low ripple also tend to imply high cost.In this case, low noise LDO shows its advantages and performance well.
