LDO Linear Regulators

LDO is a positive voltage regulator with low dropout voltage, high accuracy output voltage, and ultra-low power current developed using CMOS technology. Low input-output dropout voltage due to the built-in low-on-state resistance transistor. In order to ensure that the load current does not exceed the current capacity of the output transistor, the chip has built-in short-circuit protection protection and overcurrent protection circuitry to ensure safe operation and service life.
